2017-D cent lamination

Hello everyone, I did some research and only one exist graded by NGC, a 1984. But a lot of questions about that coin. So here is one a 2017-D cent, looks like I might have one, but thought I would show and get more thoughts. I'm taking the fact that these can't happen on copper plated cents. Hummm I dont have a great feeling about this one.

If I take an imaginary line fron the VDB designer initials to the area in question, I THINK I can see some evidence of a scraping across Lincoln, across his tie and onto the flat field before it reaches the area in question.

Minterrors I see what your saying, it was probably scrap then the blister bubble burst and flatten making it look that way. PMD thank you
