    1965 error coin type

What type of error is this on a 1965 Quarter. I have been looking at numerous pictures and can't find one that is the same.

In my opinion, it looks like damage.
Its possibly coin counter or coin roller damage.

All of the A's on the reverse appear latter with no depth in the middle.
    Many letter look almost concave.

The center of most letters look a lot lower.

There appears to be a halo style ring close to the rim area that travels around the coin. The strongest area I can see ie from the last A in AMERICA to the R in DOLLAR.

The QU In QUARTER looks odd, but it could be scrap piece from the damage that got placed in an unusual area.

There appears to be a few places on the reverse that show die cracks.

This could also be a case of a worn out die, aka die deterioration.
I dont believe it to be a doubled die or a double struck coin.
