Minor or major, if it's three separate clips on one coin that would be awesome. The key is getting someone to attributed it.

Here is error-ref.com write up on clipped planchets. The coin that shows the Blakesly effect is an awsome example. Look 180 degress from the clip. The design/devices appears to be weaker.

They are really minor, I believe they are clip related but at such a small percentage that a collector would pass on those two, if they were the only ones. The strip of metal that produced this clip may have moved a bit too far and intersected a already punched hole to the left ( looking at obverse). The other two might have been on a already punched hole as well, but just barely. the machine that punches those hole are at a fixed distance. The problem lies with the metal being forced into the machine initially and it may also slip between cuts. With shifting metal, it may not be feasible to make a template of paper, with nickel sized circles on it to see if it would line up. Again, the unknown is whether the metal slipped or was simply forced too hard into machine to shift the metal out of whack.

This is what I see. Are they clips or damage? I don't know.

In my opinion, one for sure, with the possibility of two others that are minor.
The 1970s decade was full of great errors.
