Hello, please advise as what I am looking at? I have gone through every brockage, clash, and cap. Can someone advise what I am looking at here? Thanks very much

In my opinion, it looks like several coins were put in a vise and a lot of pressure was apppied. These are typically called a "vise job". Letters are backwards, rims are damaged and the reverse was smeared due to the applied pressure. Probably attempted in some ones garage. Its post mint damage (pmd) done after it left the mint.
