Searched for 2018 and 2018-D and nothing came up. But some where on that site it might be listed. You can also ask them via the contact form if they have seen one from that year.

In my opinion, if error-ref.com does not respond in an email, i would try maddieclashes. If neither answer, you m8ght try coppercoins.com or doubleddie.com. VarietyVista does varieties and not many errors but James Wiles might know some one who may know.

The other possibility is on this forum. The main forum area has a CONECA SERVICES forum. Click on that forum and the click on the EXAMINATIONS forum and add a post under there. I highly suggest giving them as much text info and photos as you can. It will cut down on the time in order to get a final opinion. The less you travel in a circle the better.
They are volunteers, so it may take a bit of time to get a response.
