What would cause the clash marks, there is nothing there to cause it. Can you provide an overlay?

No I can't provide an overlay but what i thing may have caused the clash marks the bow of Washigington on the obverse very possible.

I have seen one or two on ebay like i said
I tried to indicate were the clash may have come from in white arrows
            Thanks JIM
