That was the 1st thing that came to mind.but bag had a lead seal that was dated 1967.Charles had traded a few thing at a show last week and 2 lead sealed 1000 count Buffalo nickel we in the deal. I not sure if Dermal tools were around as they are today?No one right 100% of times
