how would you descride this double denom

i have been giving consideration again to having my double denom coin graded.
I know where i want to have it done, thanks to and earlier responce from this forum.

How would be best for a non coin guy like myself to handle this process, directly with the grading company, or enlist the help of a reputable and honest local dealer to submit the coin for me.

is there any way to know how many of these where found for each year, and do you think that this coin might be more valuable because of the strong strikes and contrast and would that be evaluated during the grading process

All the grading services have websites with instructions on how to submit. I never use them myself. PCGS and NGC have market dominance.
