    2010-P Sacagawea

I found this 2010-P Sacagawea Dollar in the mint direct shipment program. It has an extra star on the edge. No other doubling visible. Can anyone give me any information as to how this could happen?

    Thanks,

If it's raised then it's a contact mark from the edge of another dollar. In other words, it's damage.
