CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    2006-P nickle with nice die clash.

    I found this coin today while roll searching.Im happy to know what this error is now.

    Im getting so good at finding these kinds of errors.Im surprised nobody commented on this coin. Im mad last nite I tossed a few die clashes on the obverse away the other day ...

        Thank you --> Hound. At first I didnt know what I was looking at until someone told me what actually what I`ve found.Now Im getting good at it . I had more die clashes than I realized.I found another one last nite.Im tired on starting a new thread so Im just going to have one thread with all my die clash findings..Good luck on your search!!!!!!!!

          Yeah I think I saw the thread where someone confirmed it. I have a ton of change I've kept from day to day transactions, after seeing some of the nickle clashes I'm thinking I need to just stick to a single denomination for a while when I'm going through the backup, now I know where to look for clashes on those, hopefully I'll find some.
