  • 1984 Mexico 20 centavos Missing Clad Layer?

This 1984 Mexican 20 Centavos sticks out from the pile...it is copper colored on both sides...perhaps missing clad layer? The coin is made of bronze, both weigh in at 2.93 grams.
    Opinions welcome!
    Thanks

This denomination is not clad and therefore cannot be missing a clad layer. It's probably just oddly toned. Color is a rather unreliable guide to composition.
