CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    IS THERE INTEREST IN EUROPEAN COIN ERRORS? I HAVE A 1917 1 PENNY BRITISH WITH AN OBVIOUS DIE CLASH WITH THE OBVERSE FIGURE HEAD WELL DISSPLAYED ON THE REVERSE

    THE HIGH RELIEFS ARE SLIGHTLY WORN.

    Yes, there is some interest in die clashes, either on foreign or United States coins. If possible, I would like to see the coin for possible inclusion into the http://www.MADdieclashes.com site.

      I would be pleased to send the Gt Britian 1917 one penny. To whom should I address the envelope. It will go first class from Carrollton Texas to which address with tracking. I'm not looking for an attribtion but I wouild appreciate your findings for the inclusion in die clash records if it is worthy.
