1990 P LMC- Post Mint Damage?
Pretty sure someone messed with this coin outside of the U.S. Mint, but I found it interesting in that there are letters T & R on the rim on the Reverse besides the mess on the Obverse and Reverse.Last edited by chuckster 125; 03-08-2011, 05:42 PM.Tags: None

The one thing that people overlook consistently with multiple images on one face of the coin is that dies do not have a raised rim. The edge of the die is the field, similar to the flat earth concept, there is no raised portion to stop you from falling off. Anything that has a rim incorporated into the duplicated image should be approached with extreme caution.

If a person wanted to be a thief they could get rich on Ebay selling this junk. anyone could make a million of these in a very short time. I see them selling on Ebay almost every week and we have got it slowed down a little but these are still sneaked in by two or three certain corrupt sellers.
