  • 2000 reverse What do you think?

Hello all, Was looking through coins yesterday and this really jumped out at me. Was wondering what everyone thought about it. It is the reverse of a 2000 lincoln cent. The ( E ) in America seems to have the center bar running all the way across the top of the E if that makes since. I am new to this so it may be nothing but after about 300 coins yesterday it really jumped out!
The pics are from under my scope at 10 and 30 times magnification.
