There looks to be a raised area infront of the Face and Wing on the left side. It is a dot that looks to be something inbetween the layers or possibility of a piece of the die missing on either side causing the dot. The topof the E in WE is very weak almost missing. There also seems to be a light raised area infront of the face similar to the reverse the eagle is holding. I will try to take a better photo.Attached Files

There may be a faint clash mark of the olive leaves to the left of Kennedy's forehead, but you'll need to do an overlay to confirm. I see a raised dot to the left of Kennedy's chin and to the left of the tip of the eagle's left wing. Without an examination under a microscope it's impossible to determine of these are die dents, die erosion pits, die chips, or some form of post-strike damage.Mike Diamond. This looks like a small piece of the die or a hard piece of metal from something else got in between the dies at exactly the same time as the dies clashed together without a planchet between them.If I'm right then the extra metal fragment made a small indentation in both the obverse and reverse die.Just imagine how unlikely it would be for this to happen . I have learned over the years to not say anything is impossible that happens at the mint. your coin does show what looks like die clash marks on both sides so it is possible that my opinion may be right. Check your coin and see if the little raised areas looks to be directly opposite each other. If they are not then disregard what I said here about the same piece of metal making the die indentations on both dies.
