1971-S BS Eisenhower Scribble Scratches in Wing Feathers?

I'm familiar with the engraved wing feathers on the 1878-S Morgan Dollar, they are fun to study...in hand is a 1971-S Business Strike IKE, and, I noticed a few "hot spots" of fine lines(polishing lines?) in the right wing(as viewed) feathers, in some locations. VERY hard to shoot with camera, actually, impossible, used scope for details of the lines, so, you catch at least the pattern.
Hotspots are on 3rd inner feather, near wing curve, and, outer feathers, #2, and, 4-8. These remind me a LOT of the "Scribbly Scratches on the 1921 Morgans.
Curious if these are of any interest?
    Thanks
    Cal G.

Of the 6 1971-S Business Strikes I pulled out to look at, every one had scratchig in the areas you are referring to.

I do not think there is much interest in these at this point in time. Especially since the appear to be common to the reverses.
