  • 1944 Ten Centavos Error???

Hi all, I found this coin my first week of metal detecting.. The first "T" in STATES is missing and the first "A" in AMERICA is a little off or different. No one seems to know anything about other coins like this being errors. Search engines returned nothing nor does the red book have anything from what I am told. Can someone help with figuring this out. Thank you for any info!

I also noticed in the pic that the top of the "I" in UNITED is missing or messed up also.
Is there any members here that feel I should send this in to the coneca board to see if this is a genuine error?
