    1914/3-P Buffalo?

Can anyone help me to identify whether this is the 1914/3-P Buffalo Nickel variety? I think it is but could use an expert opinion on this one. I sent to NGC but found out after I already submitted it that NGC no longer recognizes this variety. It was graded XF-45. Thanks,
