    2011 W Eagle - TDO?

I believe this is the coin NGC is calling TDO. Is this a true Triple Die or Machine Tripling.

This image is of Liberty's Sandal. Top of foot is Tripled...at least - maybe evan a QDO (Quad)

Anybody know what this coin is worth? NGC's Variety Plus page says a total of 4 are graded and they're all MS 69.

This is common on these coins and has appeared for many many years. Although your example is quite nice, IMO, it has no premium associated with it.

I should have read the entire thread before posting but my opinion has not changed.

I was curious about this one because it's the only year NGC shows in it's Variety plus section. It's listed as TDO-001. (no other Silver Eagles have this attribution)

The POP report shows only a handful have been attributed and none are 70's.(which my coin is MS70 - not attributed TDO-001)

Is it worth getting the attribution?
