    1920 buffalo nickel questions

I have a few questions about this coin. Attached are two pictures and I have circled the areas in question in one of the photos. I would like opinions on the types of errors or maybe the variety these are or if they are just post mint damage.

I also wanted to know if there is any possible way that the circled area with an arrow pointing to possibly a D mint mark that was somehow moved up do to the damage done to the die.
