CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Was going through my hoarded 1982/83 halves, found three no "fg"'s and this clashed die obverse.
    Please let me know what your impressions/thoughts are.

    I posted an addition picture, it is an overlay. Maybe this will spark some more interest, although with all the views, it is hard for me to understand why there are no comments.

        Thats a fairly substantial clash you have there! Too bad about the roller marks though.

          Yeah, nice clear clash. I would keep it, even though they aren't really rare and are a part of the normal life of the die. Still fun trying to see how many and how clear you can find them.
