There seems to be a crack of some sort on the moon, as well as near the top wing. Also, looks like there may be doubling of some letters.

The anomaly from the eagles neck does appear to be a die crack or it may even be a lamination error. The other anomaly is not focused well enough to give an adequate answer as to what it is. It could be anything from post mint damage to being struck through a foreign object.
