1993 d penny clipped planchet error?

Is this what a clipped planchet looks like and is it suppose to show the zinc in the middle?

Someone fooled around with this coin. The odd thing about copper covered zinc cents is that the planchet is formed first, then plated with copper. So, any clip will be plated and NOT show zinc.

The arc of the clip is to small. It is not a genuine clipped planchet.
