Ghosting
This looks like what I call "Ghosting" I have seen 1995's (and other 1990's dates) with the shadow like outline on all the date numbers and on Liberty lettering. I think what occurs is the thin copper top stretches on one side or the other as machine doubling is taking place. I keep the more dramatic ones, not bacause of value, but because I think they are nice.Comment
