At first I thought this was post mint damage and I am still leaning that way. However, while examining, I noticed a "W" that looks like the "W" in WE on the reverse. The "W" is depressed, not raised like it should be and completely in the wrong place. There are also some weird things going on between the memorial and "ONE CENT". I have included obv., rev., and rim pics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly.
