Attached are two V nickels which I am sure are struck on a planchet of the same foreign country, the only problem is that I don't know which country. Can anyone help out there? The weight of the 1900 is 46.4 grains or 3 grams while the 1899 is close at 46.4 grains or 3.03 grams. They both have the same color too and are considerably thinner than a normal nickel. Thanks,
