I found a 2004 P Roosevelt dime that I cannot quite specify. The coin has "flattop" details on both the obverse and reverse on Roosevelt's bust and the torch plus the letters blend into a wide portion of the rim. The coin is slightly less than half the thickness of a dime yet the diameter is correct. Ther also is no evidence of any reeding on the edge of the coin. At 200X there is no evidence of grinding, scratches or sanding of the high portions of the obverse or reverse

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.
