Here is a 2007 P Roosevelt dime with a strong die clash on the obverse and reverse. The obverse photos aren't the best and there is more detail than the photo shows. (Leaves on and in front of nose, "ON" of ONE DiIME to left of forehead, torch flame below chin and sevel oak leave behind the head.)
The reverse shows a strong nearly 100% outline of Roosevelt's head somewhat offset to the right.
