Here is a 1970-D Roosevelt dime. Mechanical doubling or ddo?

Yep, I was afraid that it is machine doubling.

I did notice though, the 1970-P and 1970-D Roosevelt dimes in Volume II of the Cherrypicker's guide (page 109) both show a doubled die reverse that (with what I see) the doubling does NOT appear to have split serifs and looks very much like machine doubling. This is one of the reasons I seem to have difficulty differentiating between machine doubling and true doubled die varieties.
