Here is a 1992-D Lincoln penny I found about the time "twisted" posted his 1992 D. However I suspect mine is a double strike.

The Reverse

The Reverse of the 1992-D Lincoln penny.

The same thing as with the previous coin. It appears to be die deterioration doubling which has no associated premium attached to it.

Interesting

I find it interesting because it appears to have four different wear characteristics. The date shows "ghosting" to the right of the date, liberty shows ghosting to the left of the letters, IN GOD WE TRUST seems to have "tootsie roll" fat letters and the reverse seems to have double block slightly fatter letters with lines running down the center (i.e. M in America). What I mean by double block, it appears to have a fat letter with a very flat surface on the thickness (maybe even slightly concave) with parallel lines going down the center of the thickness on some letters. Most noticeable is/are the flatness of the top surface on the letters.
