    1973 Lincoln odd obverse. Error?

Came across this went sorting some Lincoln's, not sure what to make of it. The obverse seems to have some sort of lamination error. About a third of the rim has an extra lip and the reverse looks perfectly fine. FYI, the obverse pictures may seem out of focus but this is just the way the coin appears. Thanks in advance.

That is a very late stage struck-thru-capped-die error.

    Very nice!

Yes, a generic capped die strike in combination with a partial collar error.

Very Cool! I think I'll get in a 2x2 then for safe keeping.

        Thanks again Jim!
