1971-D Kennedy Half with die clash?
I found this coin with some slightly raised areas on the reverse. I don't know if it is a die clash or something else. My concerns of the coin are between the F of HALF and D of DOLLAR, there looks like a raised line looking device. Also circled in one of the pics looks to be more of the same type of raised area, specifically between the wing and arrows and to the right of the arrows. Thank you for the help!Tags: None

I believe you have found a die clash.
Jason Cuvelier has an great picture that you can see what I am talking about.

You do have a reverse clash on your 71D Kennedy Half Dollar. Here is a photo of a reverse clash used as a marker for the CONECA listed 71D DDO-015, stage C. You can find some really nice major obverse and reverse clashes in the Kennedy 70D series.
