It looks like it's a match for Jean Cohen's "THE CLASSIFICATION AND VALUE OF MINT ERRORS ON THE LINCOLN CENT" 1969 edition 54S-B618 to B624. The coin is in bad shape and it's hard to see the markers from these images. If there is a Die Break in the Left Wheat it's the 54S-B622. In the BIE Handbbook it's in the Hardy 54S-4F+ class. Check for a Die Break "Chip" on the stem of the T in CENT. Another Hardy Marker is called a "Long-backed 5" which is a Die Crack/Break from the stem into the loop of the 5.

This coin is not yet listed on the Cuds on Coin Site which started indexing "Lincoln Cent Die Breaks Called “BIEs”" last week. Your coin is in rough shape but we can list it until a better example can be found. PM me and I'll get you information on what I need to list it.
