    Mint error

Good evening! Happy New Year! It's been a long time since I've been on here, well I came across a mint error and have somewhat a clue of what this is. I'm thinking a struck through grease. I'm not for sure.

The obverse image is quite blurred, making a definitive diagnosis impossible. From the looks of it, it is more likely a capped die strike. The bust of Lincoln looks enlarged. If so, this would be a counterbrockage. If not, then it's a generic capped die strike from a late-stage die cap.
