Found this in a bank roll. WTF?

It is more than likely a squeeze job. The secondary lettering is reversed.
Additionally, there are two seperate years involved - 1999 and 2004.
Some one was messing around, put several pennies on a vise, probably surrounded by leather or multiple layers of other cents, and then when the squeezing was done, through the penny into circulation, hoping others would gawk over the issue.Last edited by MintErrors; 05-24-2016, 12:25 PM.
