    Planchet cracks?

I carefully studied 1000+ new Salt River Bay 2020 P quarters from new rolls. When I found the 1st of these marks I was thinking die crack but as I found similar marks in other places it no longer made sense. Would you suspect planchet cracks? I struggle to be able to tell if the mark is minus or + material (valley or mountain). Your thoughts greatly appreciated.

I am not positive, but they are either minor die scratches/gouges on the die or minute flaws in the planchet. I don't think either rise to a point of collectability.
