    Two weird looking Roosevelt dimes

I have had these for quite some time. I have posted photos of these before but looks like the photos perished in the midst of all the 1's and 0's running amuck on the internet.

Any suggestions / answers greatly appreciated.

The top Roosevelt, the photos show the reverse area in question almost cliff like.

The bottom Roosevelt, The cliff like appearance is in the front. The reverse side, the "smear" at the end is elevated, almost like a rim.

I suspect "foul play" on at least the bottom one, but it does not seem to look like a squeeze job logically looking at the front.

The dime on the bottom is post mint damage (PMD). The dime on top, I am on the fence about as to whether it is a minor-minor error or PMD. I am leaning toward PMD each time I go back and look.

No problem, Thanks for the input. I found these in a massive collection of RPM's I bought about 4 years ago.
