CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. 1976 bicentennial quarter RPM?

Not sure if this would be considered an RPM. Maybe you guys could help me determine if it is or if you've seen this before. KIMG0188.JPG KIMG0187.JPG KIMG0188.JPG

It looks like die degradation where a metal particles filled in the center. I've seen a lot this especially quarter and nickel roll hunting.
