1963 Proof Jefferson Nickel dropped letter or die chip??

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone could advise if this nickel appears to have a dropped letter or a die chip? Thanks in advance. I hope all is well. Andy

A "dropped" design element will appear as being incused in the coin since it is an addition to the die. This looks like it is raised on the coin, so thus, not a propped design element.

If the blemish is raised then it would most likely be a small die dent. If it is incuse, then it's probably a strike-thru error.
