How would you classify this error? Simply struck off center? Partial collar? Broadstrike?

Thanks for the explanation Mike. Most off-center strikes I've seen don't have this cupping/curved up edge -- so I knew something else was also going on. I just didn't know what to call it.
BJ- I too liked the obverse design. But I'd say it is perhaps what LIBERTY should have looked like. Sorry, but IMO most 19th century LIBERTY designs missed the mark as far as being attractive. And about the oil rigging on the reverse - I found it a funny contrast in that Brazil is now one of the worlds leading ethanol producers.
