1960 D/D RPM?

I'm having troubles trying to match this up with known rpms..
that's if this is one and any help will be appreciated!

I cannot see enough to make an attribution call. The only thing I can help with at this point is to say if it is a RPM, it will be listed as a large date RPM. That helps cut down about 15% of the 100-plus RPMs that exist for that year.

If you could, explain where the weaker D is located in relation to the stronger one.. Is the weaker D to the South?

it's south & slightly tilted in a south east direction.

The coin has toned with age and it looks like the toning is the culprit. I recommend an in hand inspection. When the Lincoln cent attribution opens up, you can send it in if you like. Personally, I don't believe, from the photos, that it is an RPM.

That nothing more than a stain and coincidence. Not an RPM
