  • Costa Rica-Chile mule coin

    Hello-

I recently adquired a Costa Rican-Chile mule coin. It depits on its anverse a Chilean front and on its reverse it is a 10-Colones back coin from Costa Rica. It is composed of copper-nickel. Given the mdeal alloy and its size I think the host coin is Costa Rica.

You may see a picture here:

I was wondering if any one has seen this before or if you have any additional information to share.

    Regards,

    Gustavo Ortega

I haven't seen this particular mule before, but Chile is becoming a reliable source of assisted errors of all kinds.
