1999P Jefferson doubling?

Teryble - Orange peel affect occurs as the die ages, normally showing up when the die is LDS and as the die progresses to wards VLDS, the condition worsens. It is not classified as a variety or error since it is a natural function of the die aging (sort of similar to what a human goes through (LOL).

That also is part of the machine doubling. Since the MINT began putting the mint mark on the master die in 1990, it stopped the mistake of a RPM. There are, however, a few doubled mint marks that are part of the overall doubled die, most of which occurred on the 1995-D Lincoln cent.
