  • 1997 P quarter error?

Hello, I am a new member of the forum. Plus I am new to spotting coin errors and I'm still learning all of the different types of errors. I am not exactly sure what type of error this is or if it even is an error, so any kind of info would be appreciated. Sorry about the quality of the photo.

This is a 1997 P quarter and something seemed off about it, at closer inspection I found this on the reverse side.

    Thank you for your time.

Hard to tell from the pics. Too close. Could be a die crack, strike through, lamination or just PMD. Get some full pics of both sides

This is a very common location for die cracks on quarters.

It's a bird! It's a plane! Aw nuts... It's merely two die scratches!

Thank you, I think you are right. Now that I knew what to look up, it does look like a die crack. I appreciate your input.
