1994 D strike through
So I came across a exciting find as I was coin roll hunting i hope is real. I am new to the feald so I was hoping to get help from experienced people. I am hoping this is evidence of duct tape. I think there is also another object i can not identify. Any help would be much appreciated. If more images are needed I will upload more if asked. Also wishing to get this coin authenticated and preserved if it seem authentic to a mint error and not just post mint damage. Again thank you for any help.

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors.
