Hi everyone. Have anybody see the eagle on 1981 quarter with a lower beak?

In my opinion, that looks like some post mint damage. It took a hit there. That coin for little I see of it, looks pretty well circulated, All it is to me, is a little circulation damage, it's does not bring any additional value to the coin.
