I agree with PNWMAKES . In my opinion. Post mint damage, may have been subject to heat like a drier coin. Obverse looks scraped by sandpaper or sheered away after it was lodged somewhere in the dryer drum. I have a several diecaps from USA and India. Each resembles a bottlecap. They are also one sided since one of the dies is capped....Gary Kozera
