I'm seeing a doubling of pillars, motto seems also slightly doubled. What's your take?

In my opinion, looks like the strike broke through the copper plalting and exposed the copper core above STATES, and EPU. It's simply damage in my opinion.

It's split plating. What you see in the columns are actually columns further back in the building.

And as an after thought, it does not hold any additional value than the face value.
