The reverse of your coin shows evidence that the reverse die clashed with the obverse die as well as evidence that mint technicians attempted to polish out the design transfer image of Jefferson's head on the reverse die. The obverse of your coin doesn't evidence any clashing leading me to believe that the obverse clashed die was taken out of service prior to the striking of your coin.James Zimmerman
