I'm seeing clear doubling Reverse, on the initials or an I mistaken? If I'm not mistaken has it been recognized?

i don't think i can help on this one. i see the thing you are seeing at the upright of the E (looks like a double E with nice offset) but the coin has a lot of contact on the reverse which that could be and it could be a clash also. IF that is an E with that much offset, which would be very odd in that place in lieu of closer to the center of the coin, it may be worth pursuing but i can only go by the images provided which are pretty good but perhaps not good enough, at least for me, in this instance.

have you checked to see if any are reported for the year/mm?
